Our convenience poultry assortment includes cooked, coated, roasted, marinated, and fried chicken. We also offer pre-cooked duck. Think of roasted chicken strips that are ideal for salads and other ready-to-eat meals and pre-cooked French duck leg that would normally take restaurant owners lots of time to prepare. Jan Zandbergen also offers various Asian specialties including marinated Yakitori skewers, breaded Karaage chicken pieces, Shabu Shabu beef slices, Teppanyaki, and roasted Peking duck. Ideal for the foodservice industry, retail, and Cash&Carry. Also available under private label.
In our assortment, it is also possible to purchase products that have been prepared using the low & slow method, primarily sous-vide. The meat is pre-cooked at a constant temperature and then vacuum-sealed to retain the flavors, texture, juices, vitamins, and minerals of the meat. The consistent cooking process also ensures a consistent quality, allowing every chef to serve an extremely tender and flavorful piece of meat. The pre-cooked meat products are ideal for foodservice but are also available for the industry, Cash & Carry, retail, and even repackaged under your own private label.
