Our lamb comes from the best and most renowned regions in the world, such as New Zealand, Patagonia, and Ireland. These regions are known for the exceptional quality of their lamb, thanks to the natural environment in which the lambs can grow and enjoy freedom. The lambs graze in a natural setting of vast meadows, hills full of green grass, clovers, and rivers flowing through the landscape.
The grass-fed lamb from various origins, such as New Zealand, Patagonia, and Ireland, is renowned for its quality and unique flavor profiles. The lambs are raised naturally on expansive pastures, resulting in tender and juicy meat that is perfect for various culinary applications. The lamb from New Zealand offers a fine structure and mild taste, while the lamb from Patagonia has an intense flavor and firm texture. The lamb from Ireland is distinguished by its rich flavor and juicy texture. All our lamb is 100% halal and sourced from carefully selected, high-quality farms. At Jan Zandbergen, you can also find mutton of the same quality and origin.
Jan Zandbergen offers a variety of portioned lamb products under its brand Everlamb. Examples of our portioned lamb assortment include saddle chops, lamb mince, lamb T-bone, lamb burgers, lamb leg steaks, lamb medallions, and lamb cubes.
At Jan Zandbergen, you can also choose 100% organic lamb. We collaborate with carefully selected organic farmers to maintain high standards and quality of the meat. The lambs are given a strictly controlled diet. The diet includes not only grass but sometimes also a grass mix with, for example, red clover. Our organic lamb assortment varies from leg of lamb and lamb chops to burgers, sausages, and minced lamb. The lambs are fully utilized for sustainability.
