Jan Zandbergen is the largest importer of poultry in Europe. We have our own cutting facility, cold storage, and thawing service. Additionally, we collaborate with essential partners to provide you with the highest quality chicken products. The assortment includes raw, pre-cooked, calibrated, or non-calibrated poultry, both fresh and frozen. Our range consists of turkey, chicken, duck, and other poultry. The products are imported from all over the world under strict regulations and legislation. Jan Zandbergen works with suppliers from Brazil, Thailand, Ukraine, and Argentina to serve you the best quality.
At Jan Zandbergen, we work closely with MHP (Mironivsky Hliboproduct) from Ukraine, one of the most modern production facilities in Europe. MHP is certified with BRC grade-A and meets all stringent European quality and safety standards. The company controls the entire supply chain, from growing corn and producing their own feed to trading and holding poultry, halal slaughtering, and processing. This ensures that the products are made from A-quality chicken. Under their brand Qualiko, we also offer a range of ready-to-cook chicken products.
We offer fresh chicken breast and inner fillets to the European market, both boneless and skinless. Our Ukrainian products come from both calibrated and uncalibrated chicken breasts and can be supplied with or without inner fillet. Outside of Europe, we import frozen poultry products from all over the world, including Brazil, Argentina, Thailand, and Chile, for the food service and industry sectors. We also offer specially developed products such as cubes, skewers, and other concepts. At Jan Zandbergen, the customer is central, and we are flexible in offering raw poultry products, including natural, salted, marinated, injected, or tumbled poultry.
Jan Zandbergen supplies cooked, roasted, fried, coated, and marinated poultry products for the European market, also under its own brand Roosterz&Co. Thanks to strategic partnerships, we are able to continuously provide our customers with high-quality products, mainly from Thailand and China, but also from Ukraine. Since Thailand has specialized in the cooked market for years and the UK retail market is an important outlet, the Thai products are certified to the highest standards in the market. An example of this is the Genesis GAP program. In addition to standard products, we also supply custom-made products tailored to the specific wishes of our customers.
