Iberico

Jan Zandbergen offers a rich assortment of Spanish Iberico pork. The breed grows on the Iberian Peninsula with a luxury diet where they are fed acorns and nuts as concentrate feed. This is done during a specific period between October and March. As a result, after the aging period, the meat is extra flavorful, with the unique nutty taste coming from this diet. The strict diet results in extra fatty meat, making the Iberico pork of high quality. Our Iberico assortment consists of large cuts, portioned, and semi-finished products.

Organicpork

Our organic pork is primarily sourced from The Netherlands. We regularly visit local farms to ensure that the welfare of the pigs, their living conditions, and the slaughter process are closely monitored. In this way, we can deliver a high-quality, fair, and sustainable product. Furthermore, the entire pig is used, as it is processed into sausages or burgers. Nothing is wasted and everything is utilized optimally.
